In game 1 of the NBA playoffs, the Golden State Warriors played the Denver Nuggets.

However, Denver didn’t have their athletic power-forward Kenneth Faried. The game was going back and forth throughout each quarter. Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson, known as the Splash Brothers, were killing it from the 3 point line.

The Warriors’ all-star power-forward David Lee had another double-double for the first two quarters. In the third quarter, Lee drove in the lane hard trying to score but as he drove in he got bumped by Javale McGee and fell hard to the ground landing on his hip.

Lee tore his right hip flexor and was taken out the game and did not return. David Lee will be missing the remainder of the playoffs.
